Get back to training.
Then go beyond it.

Most treatments focus on where it hurts. I focus on why — so you can get back to training better than before, for good.

IT KEEPS COMING BACK.

You've modified your workouts. Rested it. Iced it. Maybe you even did PT. It feels better for a while, then it flares up the second you start pushing again.

That's not bad luck, and it's not your age. It usually means the spot that hurts isn't the thing causing it.

Your knee might be paying for your hip. Your shoulder might be covering for your upper back. Until someone finds that, you're stuck treating symptoms.

The goal is never just being pain-free. It's getting you ready for the demands of your training and your life.

Here's the difference:

THE TRADITIONAL WAY
THE ADAPTIVMVMT STANDARD
Treats the site of pain
Corrects the mechanics that are causing the pain
Insurance decides how many sessions you get

15 minutes with a PT, then handed to an aide
60 minutes, 1-on-1 with me
Waiting days for a reply
Same-day response via text
Same cookie cutter exercises weekly
Customized program that is progressed weekly

Is this for you?

  • You've been modifying your workouts, but the pain keeps showing up
  • You've had treatment before — massage, dry needling, injections — felt better for a while, then ended up right back where you started
  • You're willing to put in the work — you just need the right guide to show you what needs to change and why
  • You're not looking to just feel better — you want to get back to training at full capacity

If you're looking for a quick fix you don't have to work for, I'm probably not your guy.

If that sounds like you, this is exactly who I built this for.

Here's how it works.

FAQ

Can I keep training while we work together?

In most cases, yes — and I encourage it. We'll modify what needs to be modified, but the goal is to fix the underlying mechanics causing the pain and get you back to your normal training routine as soon as we safely can. There are rare cases where I'd advise against training — but honestly, if that's the situation, you'd likely need a different level of care and I'd refer you out before we even got started.

Why 60 minutes 1-on-1?

In a typical insurance-based clinic, you might get 15 to 30 minutes with the PT — the rest is with a tech or aide guiding you through the same exercises you've been doing for the last few sessions with no changes. Here, you get the full 60 minutes with me, every session. I'm watching how you move, how you respond to what I prescribe, and adjusting in real time to meet where you are that day — not running you through a preset routine.

How long will this take?

Rehab is never a straight line — but the trend should always be moving in the right direction. Some sessions we push, some days we pull back depending on how you're feeling. One thing I'll always be upfront about: the longer something has been going on, the longer it typically takes to fully resolve. After your evaluation, I'll give you an honest timeline based on what I found is causing your pain and map out how we get you back to your normal training routine.

Do I have to be an athlete?

No. If you're active and want to keep doing what you love, whether that's lifting, running, pickup games, or chasing your kids, you're who I work with.

I've tried PT before. Why would this be different?

Most PT is 15 minutes with a therapist and the rest with an aide, treating where it hurts. I spend the full hour with you finding what's causing it. If I don't think I can help, I'll tell you on our call.

How much does it cost?

It depends on what you need, so I don't post a one-size-fits-all price. I'll walk you through the cost of your evaluation on our call, before you commit to anything. No surprise bills.

Do you take insurance?

I'm out-of-network, so I don't bill insurance directly. That's what lets me spend a full hour with you instead of the 15 minutes insurance pays for. You can use your HSA or FSA card, and I'll give you a superbill to submit to your insurance for possible reimbursement. Coverage depends on your plan.

Do I need a referral?

No. California is a "Direct Access" state, which means you get treated immediately without needing a doctor's referral first. Book your discovery call and we can get started right away.

Do you see Medicare patients?

If you have Medicare, let me know before booking. Medicare has rules about which services I can provide, and I'll walk you through your options on our call.

What should I wear?

Whatever you'd train in. We'll be moving, so wear comfortable clothes and athletic shoes.
