Privacy Policy

Last updated: October 17, 2026

AdaptivMVMT Physical Therapy & Performance, Inc. (“AdaptivMVMT,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) operates adaptivmvmt.com (the “Website”). This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect through the Website and through our email, phone, and text communications, how we use and share it, and the choices you have.

This policy covers people who visit the Website or contact us before becoming a patient. Once you become a patient, your health information is protected as described in our Notice of Privacy Practices, which is posted on this Website. If the two documents conflict about your health information, the Notice of Privacy Practices controls.

By using the Website, you acknowledge that you have read this Privacy Policy.

1. Information We Collect

Information you give us

  • Contact details, such as your name, email address, and phone number.
  • The messages you send us through our contact form, by email, or by text.
  • Scheduling details when you book a discovery call or appointment through Jane App.
  • Your consent to receive text messages, including the date and method you gave it.

Please don’t send detailed medical information through the contact form, email, or text. When you become a patient, we collect the health information we need through our secure intake process.

Information collected automatically

When you visit the Website, we and our service providers may automatically collect:

  • IP address and approximate location based on your IP address
  • Browser type and device information
  • Pages visited and time spent on the Website
  • The website that referred you to us

This information is collected through cookies, pixels, and similar technologies, as described in Section 5.

Information from others

If a referral partner, such as a gym or another healthcare provider, gives us your contact information with your permission, we use it only to contact you about our services.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

  • Respond to your questions and requests
  • Schedule and manage discovery calls and appointments
  • Send appointment confirmations, reminders, and follow-up messages
  • Send occasional updates about our services by email or text, only if you opt in
  • Understand how people use the Website and improve it
  • Measure how well our online advertising works
  • Protect the security of the Website and prevent fraud
  • Comply with legal and regulatory requirements

We do not sell your personal information.

3. How We Share Your Information

We share information only with service providers that help us run the Website and our practice, and only as needed for them to provide those services to us. Depending on the services we use, these include:

  • Jane App: online scheduling, intake forms, clinical records, and payments
  • Quo: phone calls and text messages
  • GoHighLevel: contact management and email and text follow-up
  • Web3Forms: delivering messages from our contact form
  • Google: website analytics (Google Analytics) and the map on our Contact page (Google Maps)
  • Microsoft Clarity: understanding how visitors use our website (for example, clicks, scrolling, and session recordings) so we can improve it.
  • Our website hosting provider

We may also disclose information when required by law or legal process, to protect the rights, property, or safety of our patients, the public, or AdaptivMVMT, or as part of a sale, merger, or transfer of our practice.

We do not share personal information with third parties for their own direct marketing purposes.

Text messaging: No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

4. Text Messages

If you give us your mobile number and agree to receive texts, you consent to receive text messages from AdaptivMVMT about scheduling, appointments, and follow-up. We send occasional updates about our services only if you separately agree to receive them. Agreeing to receive marketing texts is never required to buy any service.

  • Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
  • Reply STOP at any time to stop receiving texts. Reply HELP for help, or contact us using the information below.
  • Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Full text messaging terms are in our Terms of Use.

5. Cookies, Analytics, and Advertising Tools

We use cookies, pixels, and similar technologies to understand how visitors use the Website, keep the Website working properly, and measure our advertising. These tools may include Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity.

Third parties such as Google and Microsoft may collect information about your online activities over time and across different websites when you use our Website.

We do not place these tools on our Jane App scheduling, intake, or payment pages, and we do not use them to collect health information.

You can limit these technologies by:

  • Blocking or deleting cookies in your browser settings. Some parts of the Website may not work properly if you do.
  • Installing the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout.
  • Learning how Microsoft uses data from Clarity at https://privacy.microsoft.com/privacystatement.

6. Do Not Track Signals

Some web browsers send “Do Not Track” signals. Because there is no common industry standard for how to respond to these signals, the Website does not currently respond to them. You can still limit tracking using the options in Section 5.

7. Health Information

This Website is not designed to collect health information. Please don’t submit details about your health, injuries, or medical history through the contact form, email, or text messages.

When you become a patient, we collect health information through Jane App’s secure intake and protect it as required by California’s Confidentiality of Medical Information Act and other applicable laws, as described in our Notice of Privacy Practices.

8. Your Privacy Rights and Choices

California residents may have rights under California privacy laws. Whether or not a particular law applies to us, we will honor reasonable requests to:

  • Tell you what personal information we have collected about you and how we use and share it
  • Give you a copy of the personal information we have about you
  • Correct inaccurate personal information
  • Delete your personal information
  • Stop sending you marketing emails or texts

We may keep information we are legally required to keep, such as patient treatment records, even if you ask us to delete it. We will not discriminate against you for exercising your privacy rights.

To make a request, email [email protected]. We may need to verify your identity before responding. We will respond within 45 days.

You can unsubscribe from marketing emails using the link in any email, and stop texts by replying STOP.

9. Data Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your information. However, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

10. Data Retention

We keep contact and website information only as long as needed for the purposes described in this policy, unless a longer period is required by law. Patient records are kept for at least as long as California law requires.

11. Children’s Privacy

This Website is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information online from children under 13. If you believe a child has given us personal information, contact us and we will delete it. Patients under 18 are treated only with the consent of a parent or legal guardian.

12. Links to Other Websites

The Website links to other websites and services, such as Jane App, Instagram, and Google Maps. Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies, and we are not responsible for them.

13. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post any changes on this page and update the “Last updated” date above. If we make material changes, we will post a notice on the Website.
